As an EEC Learning Administrator at McCain, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of effective learning programs across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that educational initiatives align with our corporate values and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include managing learning administration processes, maintaining training records, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating training schedules, tracking employee progress, and providing technical support for our learning management systems. You will also assist in the development of training materials and resources, ensuring that they are engaging and accessible.
How You'll Add Value:
- Troubleshoot user system access and content visibility issues via ServiceNow tickets
- External user setup and management per business line requests
- Local and regional LMS administration troubleshooting, support, and training
- Create user assignment groups based on org structures or target audiences (e.g., All First Level-Leaders, or All Plant Employees, or Plant Employees in North America)
- Assign learning content (Courses, Learning Paths, Curricula) to User Groups
- Configure learning assignments including content to target audience, reminders, and escalations
- Configure content certifications including escalations and recertification requirements
- Troubleshoot when issues arise (e.g., Manually setting completions for users)
- Manage all elements of the McCain Learning content library - organizing the library, search metadata, course descriptions, communications, driving use, etc
- Publish internally produced eLearning content to the LMS (SCORM)
- Test and publish third party custom eLearning content
- Create learning objects for in person learning classes / sessions (like classroom sessions)
- Create "Learning paths" and/or "Curricula" that combine published content into collections that may then be assigned to user types or org and tracked for completion
- Creation, publication and management of learning exams and quizzes in SuccessFactors LMS
- Complete content and system audits per Learning COE direction and Learning Governance processes
- Deployment, management, and integration of 3rd party learning content provider platforms (Skill Soft / Percipio)
- Creation of learning reports using Story Reports based on requests
- Report execution and delivery per ServiceNow requests
- Regulatory and compliance reporting and data management
- Test custom content for interoperability with SuccessFactors and the McCain network
- Document and complete test reports
- Identify root causes of errors
- Stays up to date on upcoming releases and patches, as well as recommending system upgrades or changes to improve our learning setup and the user experience
- Test new system releases prior to roll out
About You:
- 2 years' experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System administration or similar experience
- Success Factors level 1 and LMS certification preferred or willingness to complete within 6 months
- Preference for knowledge in internet and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and all web browsers (and their differences)
- Reporting and analytics experience including strong Excel skills
- Preferred, expert capability in learning management system administration, configuration, content management, curricula, exam deployment and reports development
- Preferred experience in video management platform administration and integration to LMS
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to deconstruct complex system issues
- Strong partnership skills in engaging stakeholders and COE partners
- Preference for familiarity with internet and web technologies - JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and all web browsers (and their differences)
- Effective Communication - Strong communication and presentation skills to different audiences and in different modalities
- Strong problem-solving experience and capability. Comfort in working through ambiguity
- Customer Focus -provide timely resolution of issues and requests
- Must be comfortable working as part of a team and independently
