A Day in Your Life at MKS: (Summary & Objectives)

We are seeking a skilled LeanIX Administrator to manage and optimize our LeanIX platform, ensuring effective use across the organization. The LeanIX Administrator will support enterprise architecture initiatives by maintaining data quality, customizing dashboards, and creating integrations.  In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary LeanIX administrator – Oversee day to day administration and configuration of the platform.
  • System Configuration: Support Enterprise Architecture initiatives by customizing dashboards, factsheets and creating integrations using out of the box integrations and GraphQL development.  For example, ServiceNow, Celonis, etc. Ensure compliance by establishing workflows, surveys, etc.
  • Data Management: Monitor and maintain data quality. Gather, cultivate, cleanse, upload and maintain factsheet data in our EA repository LeanIX
  • User Administration: Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions and roles based on user needs. Provide User support and training to other Architects in the use of repository tools
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and visualizations based on LeanIX data to provide insights into the organization's technology landscape. Support decision-making by analyzing data trends and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
  • Create reports and establish monitoring (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) of enterprise assets, technologies, roadmaps, standards, principles and any other artefacts related to the discipline of Enterprise Architecture.
  • Partner with IT stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to document “as is” and target (“to be”) systems architectures. 

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LeanIX including Certification is a must
  • 3+ years of progressive IT experience
  • Basic understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and principles such as Business, Application, and Technology Capability models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience creating architectural reference material (logical, physical and reference architecture diagrams)
  • Experience with system integrations and data mapping
  • A customer-first mindset to drive architecture that is scalable, cost-effective, and increases business agility.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills:

Include three (3) three to six (6) bullet points that describe the nice to haves.

  • Experience in large multi-national IT organization.
  • Experience or certification in any industry Architectural models such as TOGAF, Zachman, COBIT, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and be a forward looking in how Enterprise Architecture helps enable the business
