Position Purpose:
will be a part of our FRA Operations team to lead impactful Six Sigma projects that drive excellence and innovation. Utilize your expertise in data analysis and Lean principles to optimize processes, mentor passionate team members, and champion sustainable change initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Project Management: Lead and manage Six Sigma improvement projects, often focusing on complex or critical processes. Ensure the projects are completed within scope, time, and budget, achieving the desired improvements.
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of process issues and measure improvements. Should have good understanding of tools such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, control charts etc.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Apply Lean principles (e.g., waste reduction, process mapping) alongside Six Sigma to streamline processes.
- Mentoring and Training: Train and mentor Green Belts (those with intermediate Six Sigma knowledge) and other team members in Six Sigma principles and tools. Provide guidance on project execution and help in removing barriers to successful implementation.
- Change Management: Lead teams through process changes, ensuring that improvements are sustainable long term. Work with leadership and stakeholders to gain buy-in for project initiatives and changes.
- KPI - Satisfaction of internal customers with quality, appropriateness, and process-specific KPIs in line with agreed SLAs.
What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, quality management) is typically required. Advanced degrees (e.g., CA, MBA) may be preferred.
- Individuals should have min 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
