Job Description
Ideally located in one of our main locations in Europe and reporting to the ELS Director, you will:
- Lead Central ELS projects and initiatives
- Partner with sites’ leaders and ELS managers to train and deploy ELS practices
- Drive organization towards our Industry 4.0 journey
- Assist the SC&Ops team in delivering results on projects requiring lean sigma techniques
- Monitor the team’s progress in applying the Enterprise Lean Sigma techniques and effectively remove roadblocks as they arise.
- Facilitate and support Kaizen events.
- Challenge organizational leaders to take ELS to the next level.
- Identify and communicate various ELS readings, training and benchmarking opportunities.
- Act as a catalyst for the sharing and implementation of standard methodologies with other ELS managers and across all businesses.
- Build relationships with SC&Ops european leaders to understand business objectives and priorities, and to collaboratively develop supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
- Act as a team role model and change-agent.
Qualifications
- You have an Engineer Degree and you are Black Belt Six Sigma certified
- You've had exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts and philosophy
- You have experience in the manufacturing area and have demonstrated both complex project management skills and aptitudes to lead kaizen groups.
- You are Fluent in English. French considered as a Plus
- Please note that the job requires regular travelling.
