The Leadership Development Program participant will be provided with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas within HPO spanning an 18-month period. Areas of training include sales, finance, marketing, human resources, project management, client relations, reporting & data analytics, and information technology.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled training
  • Complete required lessons and practice assessment toward licensing exam
  • Pass state exam
  • Participate in regular on-the-job training rotations through various business units to complete three rotations of three months each
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Open to working within any of HealthPlanOne’s business units
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and across corporate divisions
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to a demanding and fast-paced work environment
  • Agility to work an in-office hybrid work schedule
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., and not require sponsorship now or in the future

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
