Job Description
As a Lead Associate Manager, you will drive account evolution by leading business initiatives, overseeing new account onboarding, and managing a team to meet service level expectations. This role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations to achieve business and revenue goals. Strong collaboration, analytical skills, and communication abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive account evolution by leading and implementing business initiatives and supporting new account onboarding.
- Manage a team that specializes in delivery confirmation and other responsibilities, and ensure activity is completed accurately and timely in order to meet service level expectations.
- Analyzes data and make business interpretations to improve process, drive decisions and identify needs and opportunities for the Secondary line of business.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide insightful recommendations and strategy in order to assist in meeting business and revenue goals.
- Leading account pilots and provide insightful feedback and recommendations for full roll-out expansion.
- Research servicing activity for both Secondary and ERS programs and completing root cause analysis to identify opportunities directly related to the situation and overall trending.
- Continuous performance results monitoring, and trend analysis aimed a identifying program servicing gaps.
- Partner directly with other areas of the business on program overall performance and improvements
- Completing multiple projects aimed at improving organizational performance/efficiencies.
Functional Skills
- Advanced relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with multiple business areas at all levels across the enterprise.
- Ability to develop & deliver data and analytics through effective storytelling, effective presentations and demonstrate consultative facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inform and influence upward, across functions and externally.
- Ability to complete multiple projects at aimed at improving organizational performance and efficiencies.
- Assist in real time Assistance Center needs.
- Create, implement and train materials as necessary.
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, and intermediate Excel skills
Must Have: Secondary experience
