Lead Webinar Product Manager

What you can expect

Come and help us shape the future of video communications at Zoom! You’ll help execute our vision to make Zoom Webinars and Events the leading one-to-many video communication platform in the world. As the Webinar Lead Product Manager, you’ll drive the delivery of key live webinar features. As well as core aspects of the Zoom Events management portal. At Zoom we move fast and are obsessed with delivering delightful experiences to our customers.

About the Team

Will be working closely with the Webinar and events team. Live experience would be needed. Product Leadership would be beneficial. The team is highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

- Defining, prioritizing, and executing our webinar roadmap.

- Connect with customers to understand their goals and needs and translate those into actionable deliverables.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness.

- Prioritization roadmap and communicate plan to the org.

- Partner with Operations to orchestrate operational processes and work with vendors and partners to meet our growth and scaling needs.

- Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand market dynamics and customer needs while ensuring our compliance with international policies and regulations.

- Define product requirements and work with the User Experience team to design our product experience.

- Work with channel partners to extend our business. Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.

What we’re looking for

- Vast Product Management experience.

- Ability to crystallise vague concepts into concise plans.

- UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure.

- Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important.

- You appreciate delivering impact quickly.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146 700,00

Maximum:

$339 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
