- MONITOREAR LOS PRINCIPALES INDICADORES, IDENTIFICANDO DESVIACIONES PARA ASEGURAR QUE LA INFORMACIÓN ESTÉ DISPONIBLE PARA EL DIRECTOR Y LA TOMA DE DECISIONES.
