The Lead Marketing Specialist will focus on the medical channel and is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of omni channel initiatives for B2B B2B2C and B2C in the Health care providers channel in Vietnam. This person will also help with the planning and implementation of brand positioning, new product launches, myopia management initiatives and local events and brand activation. As well as supporting global & regional Medical and myopia programs, marketing campaigns and managing marketing calendars on and offline.
Education / Professional Certification
- Bachelor Degree in Optometry.
- Post education degree in Marketing or business preferred but not essential
Experience
-2 years of experience in commercial areas of medical channel, pharma or medical devices.
-Ophthalmic industry preferred but not essential
-Brand Management & consumer journey experience preferred but not essential
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Ability to manage complex projects, be strategic and have excellent planning skills
