So, what’s the role all about?
- Digital Platform, APK, working with Rasa AI, pilots with ChatGPT
- Scrum/Agile, weekly sprints
- L2/L3 Customer Support
How will you make an impact?
- Lead the team of 5 developers (2x BE, 3x FE) from the technological perspective
- Ensure high quality of the code, best practises, patterns, supportability, observability, stability and scalability
- Work closely with Product Manager
- Work closely with QA team members on ensuring outstanding quality
- Cooperat with DevOps on best deployment and provisioning of the application
- Drive the overall effectiveness of engineering team and needed tooling
- Participate and execute on the overall architecture of the product
- Cross-team communication (ops, other NICE products)
- Code Reviews
- Participate in interviews of new team members
Have you got what it takes?
- Some degree of experience designing architecture for SaaS
- Strong experience with PHP (team is using PHP 8.2+)
- Good experience or understanding of JavaScript (React)
- Good experience with AWS Cloud or similarTeam lead experience
- English B2+
- Nice to have – Elasticsearch, Docker, Rasa, Node.js, Python
