Lead Software Engineer

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
● 10 to 15 years of software development experience in Java/J2EE Technologies
● 3+ Strong experience as Technical architect
● Previous experience working in payments domain
Technical Expertise:
● 5+ years of experience in designing software solutions
● Avid technologist, with expertise in cloud, on-prem/hybrid architecture domains
● Strong foundational infrastructure skills, including architecture principles and design
patterns of distributed systems in private and public cloud
● Proficiency in modern software architecture like microservices, scalability, reliability and
RESTful APIs
● Experience evaluating existing application design and making recommendations for
enhancing applications to leverage cloud technology and services
● Working experience with modern development and delivery methodologies such as
Agile and CI/CD and ability to apply these processes fit for purpose
● Capable of understanding and solving complex technical concepts
● Demonstrated collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without authority
● Skills / Knowledge - Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and
company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
● Job Complexity - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires
an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods,
techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts
outside own area of expertise.

● Supervision - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may
coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
