Be Rewarded
The starting pay range for this role is $163,000 - $192,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for Cash Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (DPS) contributions. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary signing bonus and/or relocation assistance.

What You'll Be Doing
Engineers develop expertise across diverse projects and technologies. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:
- Lead work streams on diverse projects, such as improving web and app ordering experiences, leveraging data to improve product development decisions, and automating distribution centers.
- Own a project from design through implementation and collaborate with UX designers, customer research analysts and other internal groups.
- Explore diverse project topics and learn new technologies and business areas.
- Build technical depth and knowledge through learning groups, book clubs, and one-on-one mentoring.

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Successful contribution to the design and/or architecture of production projects that benefit thousands of users.
- Strong skills in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or Ruby.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, building, delivering and troubleshooting complex service-oriented systems.
- Strong problem-solving and self-direction abilities.
- Clear communication with diverse audiences across all levels of the organization.
- An interest for developing skills to manage projects and mentor other engineers.
