We are looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer (C#, .net) to join our R&D team in Prague.
In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge to expand our product's capabilities. This involves designing and developing features using the latest technologies and adhering to best practices. You will also engage in close communication with team members and the Product Managers to align with the business's expectations and goals.

What you will do
- As a key player in one of our agile teams, you actively contribute to the development of our flagship product: Tricentis Tosca.
- You are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, test, etc.
- You work in a self-organizing team in our agile software development process and help shape it to continuously improve.
- You develop valuable increments of Tricentis Tosca according to our vision using the newest technologies, including AI.
- Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily business.
- As a lead you are acting as a role model for your team and guide the less experienced members.
- You have an eye on all non-functional aspects of development (security, performance, scalability, reusability) and do the reviews for critical implementations.
- When user stories are planned, you make sure that an implementation plan is created, and you challenge user stories on a technical level.
- You are skilled in communicating and can argue your ideas and views.
Who you are
- 6+ years of profound software development experience in C#, or a comparable object-oriented programming language:
- At least 2 years of experience as a senior or lead developer.
- Experience with continuous delivery and test-driven development is a big plus.
- You are able to plan larger implementations and can integrate your solutions in an existing code base.
- Strong knowledge in Azure and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Technical education and solid technical knowledge
- Striving for high quality you are used to write maintainable and testable clean code and when to apply design patterns.
- You are motivated by achieving innovative results and approach your tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
