The Impact of Site Reliability Engineering to Coupa:

Coupa’s Site Reliability Engineers are part of the Cloud Operations team, owning end-to-end availability and performance of mission critical service and building automation to prevent problem recurrence. SREs provide administration of Linux machines, web servers, application servers and infrastructure support for customer environments.

What You’ll Do:

• As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will develop new concepts, methods and techniques used while having a significant impact on the team commitments. 
• You will be responsible for the delivery of code or services on set timelines while providing guidance to others on the team.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 8+ years of experience with production system administration and web operations experience
• 8+ years of experience with programming using Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby or equivalent
• 3+ years experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, Salt or equivalent
• Proven expertise in problem-solving and analysis
