DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Materials Management and possess the ability to implement, configure, and optimize SAP MM solutions to meet our clients' business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their procurement and inventory management processes and deliver innovative SAP solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

SAP MM Implementation and Support:
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP MM projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
Configure SAP MM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Material Master Data.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement and inventory management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert advice on best practices for materials management processes and SAP MM functionalities.
Customization and Enhancement:
Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
Ensure system integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
Develop user manuals and guides to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP MM solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM systems, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.

Skills

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM implementation and support.
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP MM project implementations.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI/CO, PP).
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including development tools like ABAP.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
