This position is for Druck Business and will be based out of UAE. Our Druck, A Baker Hughes Business provides Intelligent, Superior Technologies to maintain customer's critical Instrumentation Assets. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations. As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the Business Growth in the region.

Your expertise in managing Druck portfolio in the region will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the team.

Your broad Responsibilities will be, but not limited to, as follows:

  • Achieving the Annual Plan with >90% Say do Ratio and maintaining Effective 3X pipeline qtr on qtr
  • Practicing Sales Force Effectiveness / Sales Discipline
  • Plan & Implement Mutual Action Plan with Channel Partners with managing Effective Channel Partner management - Relationship building, Nurturing their sales teams, Joint Customer visits, etc.
  • Managing the need of the Customers / Channel Partners in the region and arranging for Hands-on Demos, Webinars, Product Presentations, Application Selling, etc.
  • Originating Sales by positioning Druck technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution.
  • Managing and growing Druck portfolio in the region, serving as the primary point of contact for Customers and Channel Partners w.r.t offering technical support, solution selections, trainings, Orders closures etc.
  • Developing and Executing go-to-market strategy plans to drive the growth across the territory in consultation with Product Specialist and Marketing / Demand gen teams
  • Closely co-ordinating with Regional Sales Leader and Channel Operations team for effective business management
  • Handling diverse clients in the region and cooperating with all stake holders to grow the business
  • Closely working with the Marketing Team and leverage various Events, Digital Tools to go closer to Customers and increase the market awareness of Druck Technologies
  • Working closely with Druck/Baker Hughes Marketing Team and understand the SAS in the region. Leverage all experience to guide the Channel Partners to
  • Increasing Market Penetration in the region
  • Providing Optimal Techno Commercial Solutions to increase the win Rate

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics with Minimum Selling Experience of 2 years
  • Able to travel to Explore Business Opportunities in Middle East and African Countries
  • Understand Competition and Market situation for offering optimal solutions to win more business.
  • Be the voice and eyes of the sales & product teams identifying market trends, VOC (Voice of Customer) and competitor activities, to identify areas for improvement
