The Lead Recruiter oversees the entirety of the recruitment process for executive, senior and leadership roles. Working closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.   • Leads the way in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

  • Determines and employs appropriate sourcing techniques.
  • Takes the lead in implementing improvements to the recruiting process.
  • Supports initiatives in alignment with Clearwater's employee value proposition, e.g., social media, events, etc.
  • Executes a high-touch process that prioritises unique sourcing approaches and career advisory practices to successfully fill requisitions annually, emphasising candidate quality over quantity.
  • Maintains an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and consistently achieves key recruiting metrics, including time to fill, diversity, internal promotions, cost per hire, and other focal metrics.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Earns a reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned partner, extending beyond the leaders they collaborate with.
  • Builds an extensive network and leveraging connections to self-source and engage passive candidates for pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Takes charge of leading recruiting events and representing CWAN with finesse.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reporting, analytics, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Office location: Mayfair, moving to Moorgate in December
  • 4 days/week in office

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant end-to-end recruiting experience
