Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own talent acquisition strategies for the company, including recruiting top talent (all levels) and implementing and overseeing best practices to ensure an effective and recruiting high-quality.
  • Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans, i.e., identify and implement “best practices” and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes.
  • Stay current and informed on industry best practices including new and innovative recruiting strategies, systems, and technologies; makes recommendations and drives continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage recruitment agencies and retained/contingency search firms. Assess and measure effectiveness and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.
  • Direct recruiting initiatives including integration of employment branding, employee referral program and interview skills training, etc.
  • Forecast talent needs and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines and geographies to source.
  • Manage the pre-employment process for any new hires.
  • Provide regular Hiring reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • A Minimum experience of 7+ years into Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Management - Non - IT experience required.
  • Demonstrated executive recruiting experience.
  • Deep knowledge of global recruitment strategies and branding
  • Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personality types at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must be a strategic thinker.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work closely with leadership and hiring managers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and often ambiguous working environment.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills: familiarity with a variety of creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates.
  • Strong interviewing skills; familiarity with behavioral interviewing and other related practices.
  • Strong working knowledge on recruiting techniques, Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Good judgment, with ability to make and recommend sound decisions.
  • Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
