Play a pivotal role in our business

As Lead Quality Specialist - Business Process Management you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, meth Managers who have responsibility across multiple job families (e.g. Quality Assurance & Quality Control) and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Lead Quality Specialist - Business Process Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system
  • Developing Manual, Procedures & Work Instructions for site as required maintaining consistency with BH Global & Product company policy & procedural documents.
  • Scheduling unplanned product/process audits to determine system adequacy based on uneven trends, NC, customer feedback etc to fix the problem.
  • Tracking certification validity regularly to maintain business continuity.
  • Uncovering to Continuous Improvement & usage of problem-solving tools – 5 why, Pareto etc. share best practices. Initiate CI projects to fix recurring defects with the support of site QL & Operational Excellence team. 
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to the project as a team member.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a BE/BTech with at least 5 years or a Diploma with at least 10 years in Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy/ Industrial Engineering
  • Have proven experience in Business Process Management.
  • Possesses certifications – NACE CIP Level II, NDT Level II, Lead Auditor ISO 9001
  • Have good knowledge of certifications used in the F&PT valve product line.
  • Have good knowledge in control valves - Manufacturing Testing & Application.
  • Be a qualified Internal Quality Auditor 
  • Possesses Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
