Manage the delivery of the PMO reports with high degree of accuracy per the agreed timeliness. Lead on RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency), assurance and reporting. Focus on continuous improvement and change management initiatives for the Risk management processes, and keeps the team informed with up-to-date information and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process changes effectively and bring in thought leadership for enhancement of current processes.  
  • Strengthen engagement with the larger team and reinforce leader effectiveness.
  • Develop project performance reports and ensure organizational tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.  
  • Identify, communicate, and implement process improvements.  
  • Create process maps and visuals for business presentations.  
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.  Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge on Ms Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.
  • Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Experience in resource capacity planning and reporting.
