About the team and role:
Klaviyo's GTM Enablement team supports over 1,000 sales and customer success professionals who are driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing companies in the SaaS industry. Our mission is to be a consistent, reliable resource for our teams, enabling them to perform more efficiently, expand their skills, and support Klaviyo's long-term strategy.
We are looking for a Lead Program Manager, GTM Enablement to design, execute, and manage global enablement programs that support our most strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to drive revenue and customer impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and change management with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations. If you excel at turning complex initiatives into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and results, this role is for you. Please note this would be a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days/week in either our Boston, Denver, or San Francisco office.
How you'll make a difference:

  • Own and Execute Strategic GTM Enablement Programs - Lead the enablement strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes, messaging and methodology rollouts, SKO planning, and more.
  • Project & Change Management - Drive the planning, execution, and adoption of initiatives with a structured, results-oriented approach. Manage timelines, stakeholders, and communications effectively.
  • Sales & CS Alignment - Partner closely with Sales and CS leadership to ensure enablement programs are tailored to their needs, driving engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to align on goals, messaging, and enablement needs. Serve as the bridge between GTM teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Content Delivery - Develop and deliver high-impact enablement content, training sessions, and communications that resonate with Sales and CS teams.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization - Define success metrics for each program, track adoption and impact, and report up to the business on results. Bonus - you have experience with the Kirkpatrick Model (or similar methods)

Who you are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, with a strong focus on program management and change management.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact, cross-functional enablement initiatives in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Sales & CS roles-what motivates them, how they learn, and how to drive adoption of new programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills-can translate complex initiatives into clear, digestible, and actionable content for different audiences.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity, quickly "figuring it out" when faced with new challenges.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Bonus: Experience in a customer-facing Sales or CS role.
