Lead Product Owner – KCP Portal Product Team (e-Commerce & Experience)

Scope/Categories
Key Interfaces: Senior Product Owners or line Owners, KCP Sales, Delivery Team. They need to have an End-to-End vision of the Sales processes and technologies, acting as the link to the delivery team. The scope will tackle all KCP categories (cross category capabilities) for the B2B Portal Experience and eCommerce function. Within Sales the scope is mainly on the focus is on B2B and Sales Enablement technologies (B2B portal, Sales Analytics, Sales Enablement tools).
Key Accountabilities
- Work in the day-to-day of the product development, handling the story telling writing, backlog definitions, align priorities with the business partners and delivery team, define priorities for the scrum team related to her/his product, perform story grooming, define with the business or business partner the product vision, strategy, markets and alternatives.
- Partner with product managers, KCP IT sales business partners, Delivery Team and stakeholders to develop and maintain the strategic vision and priorities for the product (process and technology aspects)
- This role should be able to manage the budget and product P&L helping the Product Manager to get visibility of the product’s vital signs.
- Lead the team to realize the Strategic vision of the eCommerce Product
- Lead in Story Definition, Scrum ceremonies, Testing Facilitation, and Release alignment with IT and Business alike
- Manage vendors to influence software roadmaps and delivery of features based on agreed SLAs and pricing models
- Escalate Technology or Capability gaps that will need address by Enterprise Architecture and work to mitigate gaps via development efforts, funding, or capability gaps.
- Build relationships together with Senior Product Managers with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure operating efficiency and stability
- Be a Change Champion on the Product, be knowledgeable in Web best practices, and lead the change
- Participate in customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores
- Other: * Decompose the strategic vision into releases comprised of minimal viable products * Actively guide and inspire the team around the vision and the feature priorities * Manage stakeholder expectations and requests for product changes * Articulate the strategic vision into tactical user stories * Create, manage, and prioritize product backlog to streamline execution of product objectives * Ensure that volume of work flowing to team optimizes team performance * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Key Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline
- 10+ years of experience on Domain knowledge around the products owned by the Product Owner
- Experience with capability/product development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization and go to market strategy
- Ability to maintain resource allocation, budget, and backlog
- Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
- Able to learn new business processes, adapt quickly, and proactively lead change for ITS and the Business
- Deep understanding of and experience with B2B eCommerce Technologies.
- Extensive expertise in educating business teams on technologies
- Excellent relationship management skills (collaboration, facilitation, communication) and the ability to engage business team members using business and industry terms
- Experience on an Agile team
- Certified Product Owner (preferred)
