We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Manager, Machine Learning to lead our ML-focused product initiatives, driving innovation and leveraging data to enhance our customer experiences, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes. This role will define and deliver the strategic product roadmap for machine learning solutions that support critical business functions such as personalization, predictive analytics, and optimization of healthcare delivery.

As the Lead Product Manager for Machine Learning, you will work closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to build and launch impactful ML-driven features. Your ability to balance technical knowledge with customer-centric product thinking will be key to delivering value through scalable and innovative solutions.

You Will:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for machine learning initiatives, aligning with company goals and delivering measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into machine learning products and solutions
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user impact
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring products meet customer and business expectations
  • Define success metrics for ML-driven features and monitor performance post-launch, driving continuous improvements based on data and feedback
  • Drive innovation in areas such as personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiencies
  • Stay informed about emerging ML technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities into the Hims & Hers ecosystem
  • Advocate for best practices in machine learning product management, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or a related field; advanced technical degrees are a plus
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning or data-driven products
  • Proven ability to deliver ML-powered products and features, with a strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and associated challenges
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, data science, and business teams
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range is

$190,000$225,000 USD
