Reuter-Stokes, a division of Baker Hughes designs and manufactures gamma neutron detectors for Nuclear Instrumentation in the Power Industry. RS focuses on Measuring While Drilling (MWD) and Wireline Logging applications for Oil and Gas. Additionally, Reuter-Stokes has developed flame sensors for natural gas turbines, and a variety of applications in Oil and Gas, including flares, steam methane reformers (SMR), and other furnace applications.

As a Lead Product Line Finance Analyst, you will support the Reuter-Stokes finance team in creating various reports as well as supporting closing activities. This role will touch on supply chain finance, commercial finance, and FP&A, among other things. The Lead Product Line Finance Analyst will also support the RS leadership and operations team as required.
As a Lead Product Line Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the RS Finance team on various reports and tasks
- Driving operating rhythms such as SPI/OPI and Excess and Obsolete inventory reporting
- Contributing to the closing process including understanding and communication of overall financial results (product company, regional, vertical, commercial segmentation)
- Building and maintaining financial models to forecast and report actuals.
- Contributing to the short & long-range financial forecasts including quarterly business reviews, long-range plan, 8 QTR forecasts, annual plans, and short-range plan
- Supporting the team on KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization
- Reporting across supply chain, finance, and sales.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a financial position
- Have a proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have an ability to dive deep into financial details and synthesize them into key insights and actions
- Be a good team player and a proactive self-starter who is accountable and exhibits ownership.
- Have the ability to work within a matrix organization with cross-functional teams
