Job Description

-Monitor supplier and supply chain risk status for supply base through third party tools/own research and develop BCP in conjunction with Procurement Managers. -Help in developing and driving a risk review process (Supply Chain risk, Supplier risk & due diligence). -Assist Audit and Risk Manager in developing and maintaining the Risk framework for the Global Procurement function including process controls. -Conduct comprehensive market intelligence (MI) on assigned spend categories on a variety of topics such as Market sizing, Industry analysis, competitive analysis and cost modelling using sources such as company websites, industry reports, market studies, databases, and other relevant sources. -Responsible for conducting benchmarking studies on the prices, suppliers, geographies, etc -Identify the best-in-class practices embraced in various categories and conduct a gap analysis and provide solutions to minimize the gaps, conduct financial and supply chain risk assessment, provide practical insights on savings opportunities. -Primary interaction with suppliers as and when necessary, be the SME and point of contact for the vertical and ensure knowledge is up to date on new processes and ways of working. -Implementing CI projects and innovation within the team

Qualifications

Procurement process knowledge is a must Eye-to-Detail, Advanced Analytical ability Speed and Accuracy, Problem solving Fluent verbal & written communication Stakeholder management Knowledge of various databases such as Bloomberg and D&B, Advance excel and Power point/dashboards, financial analysis, creating business cases. Procurement tools (e. Ariba, GEP, Oracle, SAP etc) is an added advantage
Procurement Market research, analytics, Supply chain risk management and management consulting preferred.
