Job Description
As our Paid Social Lead, you'll be a key player in our Growth team, responsible for elevating our paid social strategy and execution. You'll be the go-to expert, leading the charge in testing, optimization, and innovation across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly contribute to our growth trajectory and work with cutting-edge technologies.

What You Will Do:
- Spearhead Paid Social Growth: Develop and execute innovative strategies to exceed customer acquisition, revenue, and ROAS targets. Collaborate closely with the channel manager and specialist to ensure seamless execution and performance.
- Champion Data-Driven Optimization: Dive deep into data, leveraging attribution modeling, audience insights, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI. Partner with our Growth Analytics team to conduct sophisticated measurement studies, including geo lift, conversion lift, and brand lift methodologies, to prove the impact of paid social.
- Lead Cutting-Edge Testing & Innovation: Define and execute a robust quarterly testing calendar focused on strategic opportunities. Explore and implement new platforms, features, and beta initiatives, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving paid social landscape.
- Enhance Tracking & Compliance: Ensure best-in-class tracking capabilities through pixel, CAPI, advanced matching, and other technologies. Collaborate with the Product team to continuously improve our tracking infrastructure. Maintain expert knowledge of evolving regulatory changes (GDPR, CPRA, QC Bill 64, etc.) and ensure full compliance.
- Drive Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional projects, such as MMP integrations and app deep-linking, to enhance campaign performance and streamline operations. Develop go-to-market strategies for new platform and regional launches, showcasing your strategic thinking and execution skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Paid Social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Display, YouTube.

Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies and strong understanding of different attribution models (1st click, last click, multi-touch,…etc).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Be available to come to the office twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
