N-IX is looking for a Lead Mobile Product Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for Mobile APP products and features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product's goals and requirements.
- Develop user flows and information architecture.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to bring designs to life.
- Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively.
- Analyze data and feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Manage design projects, set priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update design assets and documentation as needed.
- Be open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
- Address design challenges and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in product design
- 5 years of experience in mobile product design
- Strong UI/UX skills
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Proficiency in creating and communicating design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- A strong and diverse portfolio that showcases a range of design projects, highlighting problem-solving skills and successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage design on projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify and address design challenges and make data-informed decisions.
- Understanding of business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape to align product design with organizational goals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
