The Role

Job Description:

As an instrumental member of our Life Sciences marketing department, the Lead Manager, Activation Marketing will play a critical role in defining and growing Phreesia Life Sciences’ position with current clients and new prospects. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaign and positioning strategies that elevate Phreesia’s market presence, drive growth and delight clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints and engage audiences in effective and meaningful ways. You’ll also help bring our online and in-person events to life, ensuring that Phreesia’s voice stands out within the industry. You will work closely with teams across the organization and collaborate regularly with our Sales Enablement, Creative, Market Development, Strategy & Research, and Life Sciences leadership. 

 

This is a work-from-home position with the expectation that you live in the Northeast (US or Canada), with the ability to travel to events.  

What You'll Do

  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to craft strategies for various programs, ensuring they tie back to our larger marketing strategy. Develop and manage campaigns across media, partnerships, events and editorial. 

  • Work with key stakeholders to lead development of positioning and messaging frameworks that help us build simplified and consistent messages across our product portfolio. Leverage available customer insights and knowledge of competitor and market landscape to ensure our materials are clear and differentiated. 

  • Lead strategy and execution of Phreesia Life Sciences events including conferences, trade shows, webinars and client entertainment events. Manage events budget so all components are delivered on time and within budget. 

  • Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and integration of spend into larger marketing budget. 

  • Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns, find new opportunity areas, and report success to key stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep us ahead of the competition and delight our clients. 

  • Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

What You'll Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 5+ years of marketing and event experience, including time spent working for/at a company in the B2B technology space 

  • Proven success in managing marketing programs and meeting KPIs. 

  • Experience managing multiple events and campaigns at the same time and working with different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact. 

  • Demonstrated history of effective collaboration with a variety of internal teams. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to identify solutions that may work for a given problem, and articulate benefits/drawbacks that may arise from implementing each solution and elements of the problem that will not be addressed by proposed solutions.   

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 

Base pay for US candidates is $135,000 - $160,000 USD depending on qualifications.
