We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead HR Systems Specialist to join our Global HR Systems team. In this role, you will provide routine system administration and ongoing maintenance and testing of HR systems including Workday, Cornerstone LMS and ServiceNow. This role plays a vital part in: providing functional and technical knowledge to support system configuration and focuses on continuous improvement of system and operational processes to drive efficiencies, reduce risk and support a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise for key Workday modules. Partner with Product Owners to execute a common roadmap for continuous system improvements in support of ongoing business needs.

BAU System Maintenance: Maintain, monitor, configure and enhance the technical and functional aspects of Workday and other HR Systems through execution of ServiceNow case requests.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate and support Product Owner on the best solutions to meet requirements. Create and execute test scenarios to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with teams to review and test applicable system integrations.

Issue Resolution and Risk Management: Troubleshoot issues using technical expertise, identify root cause and propose system solutions to solve issues quickly. Proactively evaluate potential risks and issues to identify opportunities or gaps, create solutions, and implement changes to improve system performance. Stay up to date on HR System releases, fixes, and best practices.

Operations: Development and maintain system admin operational processes, procedures, and associated documentation like configuration notes and test cases to ensure efforts adhere to standards, methodologies, policies and best practices.

Training and Mentorship: Provide coaching to other HR Systems team members through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
-
3-5 years of Workday system configuration experience in at least 2 modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

3+ years in core HR processes (e.g., Comp, HCM, payroll, tax, benefits, recruiting).

2+ years in case management; troubleshooting/providing level 2 support

Proven ability to translate business requirements into HR system design and configuration.

Proficient with test case development and execution.

Strong analytical skills with high accuracy

Excellent documentation skills for clear configuration notes and test cases.

Strong critical thinking and situational decision-making abilities.

Effective in both working independently as well as collaborating in a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with variety of HR systems like HR ServiceNow, Cornerstone, or other cloud-based/SaaS platforms.

Workday Pro Certification

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with leaders and partners.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in varying roles with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information in a professional manner
