Ecolab is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst in our Europe regional FP&A organization. The role will partner with and support Supply Chain leadership in financial planning and analysis for their functional department budgets. This role is key to ensuring that processes operate efficiently around reporting and analytics in your area of responsibility. To that end, the role will have many opportunities to create and improve processes and analytics to support the Europe Supply Chain operating efficiencies agenda.
What You Will Do:
- Lead financial performance analysis and metrics with Europe Supply Chain with key focus on headcount, productivity, personnel cost planning and accounting
- Lead and control Supply Chain intercompany recharge process for international resources to ensure correct cost allocation between Europe and other regions’ P&L
- Manage reporting and analysis for plan, forecasts, monthly performance and month-end closing processes, ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Track and validate savings projects, driving improvement through sound financial advice
- Partner with SC Finance teams in design / coordination of forecast and plan processes
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership on key initiatives, investments, structural and operational changes
- Coordinating and building capabilities of interns and other junior members in the team

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years relevant work experiences
- Fluent in English (C1 both written and verbally), other European language is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, high attention to detail
- Effective in adapting style and to establish trust with a variety of senior stakeholders
- Disciplined individual with a high sense of confidentiality and effective to work with sensitive data, being mindful of compliance commitments
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong project management skills, agility and desire to work across the matrix organization
- High level of ownership and taking the lead for initiatives in your scope
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience and/or desire to learn about ERP/BI systems and reporting and analysis platforms, HFM/EPM knowledge is a plus
