Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, this role offers significant exposure to C-level leadership and the opportunity to shape the financial strategy for a rapidly growing SaaS business.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the company to analyze financial performance, refine forecasts, and ensure disciplined budget management. You’ll also drive improvements in efficiency metrics, oversee headcount reporting and planning, and build scalable financial models to guide decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes, including maintaining the main operating model, scenario planning, target setting, and managing the planning calendar. Partner with FP&A to create a consolidated financial forecast and prepare review materials for executives.
  • Analyze current and past trends in financial & operational data, then provide actionable insights to management.
  • Create, maintain, and review complex financial models in excel/google sheets as well as Adaptive Insights.
  • Build, maintain, and assist with delivering management reporting, including budget vs. actuals, dashboards, and board materials.
  • Coordinate across the FP&A team to review and influence the key expense and headcount assumptions driving our budgets and forecasts. Assess forecasts to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, feasibility, and credibility.
  • Own headcount-related cost assumptions, working with our People team to set hiring goals and forecast headcount needs.
  • Maintain and improve cash forecasting capabilities to ensure we have an accurate cash projection.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a public company is a plus.
  • Excellent modeling and forecasting skills with experience in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
