The Role

キンドリルジャパン・スタッフオペレーションズ(KSOK)のファイナンス部門では、キンドリルジャパングループのファイナンス業務を請け負っています。

現在、KSOKファイナンスではキンドリルジャパンの営業・デリバリー部門をより一層フィナンシャル面からサポートができるよう体制変更を実施中です。

体制変更後は、お客さまの業種別に編成された営業・デリバリー部門の体制に沿ったフィナンシャルレポーティングや分析を提供していきます。

主な業務内容は、月次決算業務としての伝票入力、月次予測に対する実績トラッキング、レポーティングと実績の分析などを業種別やお客様の単位でおこないます。

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impacts of governmental requirements.


Who You Are

  • ファイナンスや経理での実務経験

  • 簿記3級以上の資格

  • Microsoft Excel / PowerPointなど

  • SAPの知識があるとより一層迅速かつ詳細に業務習得が可能

  • キンドリルジャパンへの報告や、国内においても多くの外国人の仲間との協業のため英語でのコミュニケーションが必須となります。

The position is required more than 5 years in Finance organization with skills for book keeping, analytical insights of any financials as well as Microsoft office skills. Communication thru daily operation is sometimes done in English.
