What will your Responsibilities be?

Research and develop integration options

Manage complex software implementation projects with successful outcomes

Masters core products and services

Maintains technical certifications for all required systems and researches integration options

Tracks billable time accurately and provides project time estimates for billing

Leads the engineering team, overseeing Project Plans and holding the team accountable for timely completion

Collaborates with Sales to determine appropriate solutions and troubleshoots customer processes and software issues

Communicates effectively, aligns actions with ImageOne Core Values, and participates actively in team meetings
