As a Lead Engineer- Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include electromechanical design of electrical panels and enclosures.
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
- Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Working towards a project statement of requirements and staying focused to the taskings.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have the ability to participate on a team as an individual contributor, with a mentor for guidance.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
- A desire to learn and is a self-starter.
- Experience with CAD software for electromechanical design. SolidWorks preferred
- Good writing and oral communication skills

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, may be able to work remotely 1-2 days per week, and in office (Claremore, OK 2-3 days per week.
- Position requires to be living close to or commutable to Claremore, OK
