As Lead Engineer - Customer Project Engineer you will own the project control activity globally. You will also navigate consistent functional specifications and common global processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Engineering scopes and work packages within SPS Manifolds , Distribution and Connection Systems (MDC) project working across scope boundaries to enhance overall system quality
- Preparing data in project start-up phase, input to the Interface Register, definition of materials and BOM, contribution to MEL and MDR, scope of supply overview
- Supporting design activities, technical decisions, track actions and prepare/follow up minutes of meetings
- Providing technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project/program
- Working ‘less defined’ in scope, having the acumen and experience to execute business objectives.
- Seeking new innovative technical solutions to make improvements
- Defining scope of work, preparing CTRs and leading the work package
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have background in Mechanical/ Structural Engineering (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Engineering/Technology).
- Have experience within the subsea industry - Manifold & Connection systems (would be an asset)
- Have good experience in Customer Project Engineering.
- Have good communication skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
