The Job in a Nutshell💡

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Your expertise in DevOps practices, technologies, and cloud infrastructure will be essential in ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our solutions.

What You Will Do❓

1. Design, deploy, and manage the overall infrastructure for internal and external applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance using Infrastructure as Code and best practices. 
2. Build Zero touch CI/CD pipelines while interacting with developers, understanding the requirements, and rolling out to Development, Staging, and Production Department
3. Monitoring of all internal and production systems, ensuring stability, performance, and capacity management, and recommending improvements/efficiencies wherever necessary.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product performance, security, and consensus mechanisms.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

What Are We Looking For❓

1. We are looking for an experienced, measured person who has a keen attention to detail but with a strong team playing mentality. 
2. The engineer should be experienced in Public and Private Cloud technologies and well versed in Scripting Languages along with strong background in DevOps Automation practices and building scalable CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions. 
3. Be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing organizational environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of security best practices and encryption standards in the context of blockchain applications.

Who Will Excel❓

1. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in the AWS/OCI, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps principles and protocols.
2. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Github Actions, Kustomize, Argo) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python).
3. Have good understanding and experience on Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, Cloud Networking, Observability, Load Balancing, Proxy tools like NGINX, Trafik, API Gateway using KONG, AWS API GW, Serverless applications 
4. Hands-on experience building and maintaining SQL and NoSQL database solutions using MongoDB, DocumentDB, MySQL/Postgres, RDS, Aurora. 
5. Strong experience in observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Loki and effectively integrating them to various applications and building dashboards. 
6. Strong experience with backend and data intensive applications driving on PHP over Laravel, Symfony with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
