JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead Developers for Chicago, IL location. Independently design software enterprise applications including front-end and back-end applications to completion. Lead large and small software development projects, and guide software development team. Take requirements from Product Manager and create blueprints as part of translating requirements. Clearly convey software product data requirements for team. Deploy and implement analytic environment software. Troubleshoot software issues on front end and back end. Migrate to digital ecosystem by harnessing the latest technology and provide new solutions in compliance with governmental regulations. Build cutting-edge solutions for customers to generate and create predictive models and insights for business growth from many data sources. Mentor junior developers. Technical environment: high performance offline and highly available online applications, web and layout designs; JavaScript, APIs; Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Rest web services, Spring (Core, MVC, Spring Boot framework, AOP, ORM), Hibernate; AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, VueJS; HTML5; CSS; Ajax, JSON, XML, Bootstrap; jQuery; Typescript; RDBMS and database design (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL); build run train machine learning models; Test Driven Development (TDD) environment and Testing tools (Karma, Jasmine, QUnit, Mocha); selenium, playwright frameworks; AWS cloud (EC2, S3, VPC, CloudFormation, Cloud watch, Cloud front, Security groups, lambda, Code commit, Code pipeline, Code deployment, Route53, Cloud Trails, SQS, SNS); big data streaming platforms technologies (Hadoop, EMR, Spark, Kafka); Restful APIs; Graphene framework; automation tools (Jenkins and Git); micro services; container systems (Docker, EC2); Splunk; Agile.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Systems/ Information Technology or any Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in Software Development/ Architecture required. Required skills: Experience with end to end development of software enterprise applications, including high performance offline and highly available online applications, web & layout designs using JavaScript, APIs; Java, Rest web services, Spring (Core, MVC, Spring Boot framework, AOP, ORM); implement JavaScript client and server-side scripting languages using Angular, ReactJS & VueJS; jQuery; Typescript; RDBMS & database design (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL); Jenkins, Git; hands on experience migrating on-premises big data applications to Cloud; AWS cloud (EC2, S3, VPC, CloudFormation, Cloud watch, Cloud front, Security groups, lambda, Code commit, Code pipeline, Code deployment, Route53, Cloud Trails, SQS, SNS); build run train machine learning models; TDD & Testing tools (Karma, Jasmine, QUnit, Mocha); big data streaming platforms technologies (Hadoop, EMR, Spark, Kafka); Splunk; develop micro services; container systems (Docker, EC2); effective communication skills to convey software product translations for team.
