Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Developer with a focus on CRM and React technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead development efforts, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and modern web technologies like React will be essential in driving innovative solutions that enhance our client's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to align with business requirements.
- Oversee and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in best practices for CRM and React development.
- Design and implement user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and services within React applications to facilitate data exchange and functionality.
- Utilize state management libraries like Redux to manage application state effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to streamline the deployment process.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring that coding standards are followed and fostering a culture of quality.
