We are seeking a Lead, Demand Generation to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase demand, engagement, and revenue growth. You are a pipeline-focused, collaborative, and continuously learning marketer. This individual contributor role will focus on high-impact initiatives to expand reach, attract new prospects, and engage existing customers through large-scale digital and content-driven marketing programs. Partnering closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams, you’ll develop and implement strategies that effectively drive results through the funnel, moving leads from initial engagement to qualified opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute always-on / evergreen and quarterly integrated marketing campaigns across key channels, including digital advertising, email, social media, direct mail, and content marketing. Ensure that each campaign supports demand and lead generation and aligns with overall business goals.
- Content and Messaging Coordination: Work closely with content and product marketing teams to develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and assets that reinforce campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Optimization: In partnership with digital marketing and events, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to drive improvements in engagement, lead conversion, and ROI. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data to continuously enhance outcomes.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Sales teams to ensure campaign goals are aligned with sales objectives, maximizing relevance and impact on lead quality and pipeline acceleration.
- Funnel Optimization and RevOps Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to refine lead scoring models, optimize lead routing, and streamline handoff processes. Ensure seamless lead flow throughout the funnel to enhance conversion rates and maximize pipeline efficiency.
- Resource and Budget Management: In partnership with digital marketing and events, oversee campaign budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and campaigns remain within budget while achieving maximum impact.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging tools to explore innovative tactics that boost campaign effectiveness. Test and iterate new ideas to keep programs fresh and competitive.
What success looks like in this role:
- Pipeline Impact: You are consistently driving a strong volume of high-quality leads through strategic, targeted campaigns, contributing significantly to pipeline growth and helping achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Campaign Excellence: Your demand generation campaigns are well-planned, data-informed, and optimized across channels, demonstrating a clear understanding of the buyer’s journey and converting leads at every stage of the funnel.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: You work seamlessly with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals, lead quality, and follow-up processes. Your collaboration leads to smoother handoffs and more efficient lead nurturing.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: You use insights from performance metrics to make real-time adjustments, continually improving campaign ROI and contributing to more precise future planning.
- Innovation and Experimentation: You bring fresh ideas to the table, staying up-to-date with industry trends and testing new approaches to demand generation. Your innovations help push the boundaries of traditional tactics, driving sustained growth and engagement.
- Efficient Resource Management: Budgets are optimized, and resources are allocated effectively, ensuring that demand generation efforts remain within scope while maximizing impact.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 6+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop demand generation strategies with measurable outcomes. Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in creating and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales.
- Project Management: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
The target base salary range for this position is $147,140 - $183,930, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
