  • Design, build, and optimize ELT pipelines and workflows to meet analytics and reporting needs
  • Lead technical design and code reviews, setting standards for data engineering excellence and scalability
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data infrastructure with strategic business goals and drive innovation
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while leading platform enhancements

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • Mastery of SQL and object-oriented programming (preferably Python), with a track record of designing and maintaining efficient, scalable codebases
  • Extensive experience architecting, developing, and orchestrating complex ELT pipelines and workflows to meet organizational SLAs for analytics and reporting
  • Advanced expertise in cloud-based EDW technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda), with the ability to architect and implement scalable, cost-efficient, and secure data solutions
  • Proven ability to independently scope, own, and deliver large-scale, cross-functional data engineering projects with minimal oversight, aligning technical execution with strategic business priorities

  • Proven success mentoring and developing junior engineers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences and build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, balancing ideal solutions with practical constraints while maintaining high standards on critical aspects of implementation

Compensation:
