What does a Lead Content Production Manager do at Hogarth?
The Lead Content Production Manager works closely with the client’s Content Producer and the Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within the client’s website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in the Region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Content Production Managers (CPMs) in collaboration with, and in support of the Project Director.
• Take strategic direction from client Content Producer on localization strategy for each project and liaise with client Functional Producers to align on deadlines.
• Work with client Content Producer as well as the CEMEA Project Lead and Production Lead to plan resourcing and manage prioritization.
• Gather assets and construct briefs to request the creation of new deliverables from Content Studio
• Plan, manage, and track the content localization of assets throughout the production process alongside Senior Content Production Manager to ensure on-time delivery.
• Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
• Lead a team of CPMs and work closely with the Studio Lead on the establishment of best practices, documentation, and training.
• Manage and train additional new members of the CPM team.
• Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery and trackers in order to gather meaningful data for the Content production and project management. Develop deep proficiency in iOS & macOS Software and able to build a well of knowledge to be leveraged on for future projects.
• Route loose Cross Functional imagery for approval.
• Fulfill image requests from various functional teams.
• Communicate with Worldwide Content Producers for requests, project information, and transferring of assets.
• Work with the legal clearance team on 3rd party assets relevant to the CEMEA market.
• Work with WW Digital Asset Managers to transfer launch assets to the long-term Digital Asset system.
• Learn and understand the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localization and convert it to a brief for the Content Studio
• QC final deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery.
• Work with the global SME to implement automation and workflow efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with the client’s Content Producer to plan the scope on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
The position will be based in Dubai, and reporting into the CEMEA Project Director, and handle special regional projects in collaboration with the CEMEA Production Director and Global Content SME to drive asset automation and implement process efficiencies and drive best practices as well as perform lead trainer duties.
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in a multinational organization and/or graphic production at a design firm, ad agency or interactive shop
• Proficiency in macOS software is a must. • Demonstrable experience managing or leading a team locally and overseas.
• Flexible, creative, tech-savvy, solution-oriented individual.
• Basic experience in Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Accuracy, excellent memory, and an eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, creative, and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 09:00-18:00 framework and occasionally on weekends
• Excellent project management skills, which allows you to foresee the prioritization, any possible risks.
• Strong attention to details and deadlines
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal, is a prerequisite
• Experience working in the MENA region specifically Arabic language markets is preferred.
