Sales and Pre-Sales:

  • Collaborate with clients and Kodez Account Managers to translate business visions into actionable, iterative outcomes.

  • Prepare estimates, scope documentation, and author Statements of Work (SoWs) with input from the consulting team.
  • Drive client workshops to define and align project outcomes with business goals.
  • Handle ambiguity in client requirements, adapt to changes, and influence stakeholders to achieve mutually favorable outcomes.
  • Recommend custom vs. off-the-shelf solutions based on project goals and budgetary concerns.

Project Management and Oversight:

  • Own and oversee project delivery from proposal through production.
  • Lead development squads or individual engineers using iterative methodologies.
  • Act as an escalation point for project risks and issues, ensuring effective resolutions.

  • Serve as a validation point for key architectural decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and frameworks, actively upskilling to maintain expertise.

Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Act as a senior leader and brand ambassador for Kodez, driving inclusivity and mental health commitments.
