As a Lead Business Systems Analyst in Indirect Procurement, you will manage and enhance reporting processes, oversee supplier spend governance, and automate workflows using Microsoft Power tools. You will also support the advancement of reporting roadmaps, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure smooth implementation within a dynamic global environment.

What you will do:
- Support, coordinate and maintain IP savings reporting and quarterly KPI tracking and presentations are prepared ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Execute the indirect procurement quarterly spend reporting maintenance process and tool, including data acquisition (30+ data sources), quality control, and third-party processing.
- Lead the supplier spend governance processes and drive efficiency and continuous process improvements.
- Act as the Power User for IP reporting, provide training, and deliver ad-hoc analytics and project support as directed.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, BI and other tools to automate, streamline and simplify IP processes and administer IP SharePoint environments.
- Support and provide input into the advancement of IP reporting roadmap to expand, improve and stabilize spend reporting.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, organizational change management and smooth implementation in a fast-paced global environment.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business management systems, procurement, supply chain, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Power BI data analytics and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience as a SharePoint administrator.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Coupa is a plus.
- Experience with data warehousing is a plus.
- Procurement certification is a plus.
- Project management certification is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in relational database design, data analytics, data architecture, PowerBI dashboards, and SharePoint management in a multinational company.
- Expertise in indirect procurement analytics, spend management, SOX compliance, and master data governance.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, and others) and related data architecture.
- Financial acumen and proven skills working with data, performing analysis, root cause trouble shooting, etc.
- Skilled in Power Apps, Power Automate, Office 365/SharePoint Online, SQL, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, collaboration, team facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
- Proven experience in effectively communicating with senior management.
- Preferred experience in organizational change management, international environments, and working with multiple business functions.
