We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to lead and mentor our team of Business Analysts in Latitude Money.
Your goal is to deliver improved customer and banker experience, drive operational efficiency and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Latitude Money Business.
Reporting to the Head of Information Technology Delivery for Latitude Money, you will:

Develop and implement a Business Analysis Framework for ongoing delivery of enhancements to the Latitude Money Platform

As their Dotted Line Manager, you will lead and mentor BAs within Latitude Money to ensure that they adhere to the framework when conducting business analysis or creating requirements

Have overall accountability for the quality of requirements entering the Technology Delivery Pipeline, so you will also partner with our stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of the business and our customers

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that our team is proposing solutions that elegantly meet the needs of our business and customers.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements as necessary
About You:
You are curious individual who wants puts the customer in the centre of all your decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient with the ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions to resolve immediate and system issues.

An excellent communicator and is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels

Previous experience working in an Agile environment as a Lead Business Analyst, or Business Analyst Team Lead.

A track record of delivery in complex and large-scale programs

Familiar with key tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
-
Familiarity with consumer/personal lending products and services for online/direct-to-customer, telesales, and broker network business models.

Credit Risk or Operations (back office / call centre) experience

Prior operational and/or project experience with the Salesforce platforms, Q2 Cloud Lending is desirable
