Lead Business Analyst Commercial Excellence

What will you do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into detailed specifications/dashboards
• Analyze gaps between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing viable solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of requirements with system capabilities.
• Understanding current landscape of business and operations, defining key reports, consolidating and connecting various reports and working on BI output
• Design and execute data collection methodologies to gather critical business and operational insights.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Build and manage dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and quality across systems. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams,IT, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Partner with data custodians and process experts to ensure quality of data and definitions to support building reliable data models and analysis. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, mandatory from med-tech or healthcare industry
• Strong data analytics skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, proficiency in business analytical tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills & ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
