Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Applications Analyst to join our team in support of CX/Marketing functions. In this role you will focus on designing, implementing, testing and evaluating solutions for multiple Fortune Brands Innovations Marketing CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in one or more marketing systems with their primary experience supporting digital marketing and consumer web commerce sales.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.


RESPONSIBLIITIES:

What you will be doing

  • Serve as a Lead-level IT Analyst/Developer specializing in Marketing CRM platforms, with responsibility for defining requirements, designing solutions, developing systems, and overseeing integration testing.
  • Implement Marketing CRM solutions for Direct Commerce and Digital Marketing using multiple platforms including area of marketing automation, data segmentation, and product recommendation processes.
  • Manage and oversee multiple Marketing CRM solutions, with primary focus on SAP ECC, SAP C4 Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • Coordinate and design integrations of Marketing CRM systems with ERP systems, vendors, and B2C commerce solutions .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective business solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, business-relevant terms to foster understanding and alignment.
  • Identify and influence business solutions, negotiate deliverables and requirements across multiple organizations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Participate in the selection, system design, and implementation of new central Marketing CRM platform to support evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to projects as a leader or team member, with accountability for overall project success or specific components.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members and IT consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.


    Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 7+ years’ experience SAP C4 Marketing CRM Cloud platform and Marketing Automation, B2C preferred.
    • 3+ years’ experience with other Marketing CRM systems like Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, Klaviyo.
    • Experience in any of the SAP C4 Cloud solutions: SAP Customer Data cloud (preferred) or SAP Cloud for Sales and Service.
    • Solid understanding of SAP C4 Cloud Systems and their ability to integrate with S4/ECC enterprise systems.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working with the offshore and ability to administrate the offshore delivery.
    • Experience in managing collaboration work, team members and project management in tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Team, and Smartsheet.
    • Proven track record of successful implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective, preferably using the Agile development methodology.
    • Self-motivated, team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and tool-related issues.
    • Strong background in developing and implementing software applications across multiple platforms, databases, and programming languages (SAP development language, ABAP)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
    • Preferred: Managed team of developers.
    • Knowledge of or experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or Boomi for integration between cloud solutions.

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $93,000-$145,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
