Job Title: Lead Analyst – Clean Energy Programs

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $94,490 to $118,113.
Job Summary
Support pilot implementation tasks for multiple innovative pilot programs. This includes:

Coordinating efforts with internal subject matter experts and external innovators

Organizing regularly scheduled project check-ins and providing project updates to management
-
Tracking project milestone completion

Identifying, communicating, and troubleshooting barriers to project implementation
Additionally, this position will be involved in cross-departmental work to identify current and future gaps within the Company’s systems and helping to match those gaps with potential innovators.
This position will undertake additional Program Management roles as the opportunities present themselves for future Clean Energy Policy initiatives. It may also undertake responsibilities to support the effective operations of the Innovative Energy Solutions program including budget coordination, regulatory reporting, business continuity planning, and records information management.
Responsibilities:

Assist with vetting of potential pilot programs under PURA’s Innovative Energy Solutions program. This includes meeting with pilot innovators and matching proposed solutions with internal department areas.

Implement innovation pilots including but not limited to PURA mandated pilots under the Innovative Energy Solutions program. This includes the preparation of regulatory approval documents, stakeholder management and communications plans, and tracking and reporting.

Identify and report on pilot progress for assigned Clean Energy Policy programs. Responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance metrics.
Oversee pilot projects, providing direction and working with department heads to assure project teams are comprised of the types and amounts of resources needed to effectively execute pilots.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Business, English, Communications or a relevant field with 6-8 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.

Program Management experience.

Experience managing programs and/or implementing pilots
Knowledge of the utility industry -
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced PC skills including spreadsheet, data base management, SAP, and PowerPoint
Ability to work within all levels of the organization. -
Teamwork and cross-functional leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills; i.e. effectively communicates with internal groups on ideas and resolves issues.

Ability to prioritize work and deliver results while managing multiple stakeholders and competing demands within a rapidly changing environment.
