** Overview: **
We are seeking an experienced AI Product and Value Realization Manager to support planning, implementation and measurement of AI solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, business operations, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
** Scope: **
As an AI Product and Value Realization Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring that AI and ML solutions deliver tangible business value to the organization. The scope of this role includes:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive business value through AI and ML solutions
- Developing and implementing strategies to measure and track the value of AI and ML solutions, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations to inform funding decisions and ensure that AI and ML solutions are delivering expected business value
- Working with stakeholders to develop and prioritize use cases for AI and ML solutions, and ensuring that these solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's AI and ML landscape, including existing solutions, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with AI and ML solutions that may impact value delivered
This Manager will be expected to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in AI and ML technologies, and to apply this knowledge to drive business value for the organization. Due to the dynamic nature of this space with rapidly evolving technologies and strategies, they may at times flex to adjacent responsibilities including platform SME, product owner, prompt engineer, or more.
** Key Responsibilities: **
- Plan, implement and measure AI solutions that drive business value using AI and ML technologies
- Identify potential costs and benefits associated with AI and ML implementations
- Develop business cases for AI solutions, including cost, value and ROI
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business value and solution effectiveness
- Conduct data analysis to measure AI solution performance and value realization
- Identify opportunities to improve AI and ML implementation, optimizing value delivered
- Manage AI project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
** Qualifications: **
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field.
- Experience with AI and ML concepts, technologies, and applications
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Data analysis skills, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining
- Financial analysis skills, including ROI calculation, cost-benefit analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Experience in supporting organizations through strategic change

USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
