Our client, a thriving wealth management firm, is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is client-focused, relationship-oriented, and eager to build a rewarding career with a company experiencing rapid growth in AUM. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to step into a critical role, managing meaningful client relationships and helping to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, primarily corporate executives and pre-retirees.
- Conduct 2-4 client check-ins per year to ensure their financial plans align with their goals and evolving needs.
- Focus on managing and growing existing client relationships rather than sourcing new business.
- Collaborate with a dedicated financial planning team.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and capture additional value within the current book of business.
- Work in a hybrid model, with an initial expectation of being in the office 4 days a week, transitioning to greater flexibility over time.
- Option to pursue career paths leading to higher compensation and equity ownership.
Qualifications
- Credentials: CFP certification or progress toward completion is strongly preferred (support for obtaining CFP is available). Licensing expectations include Life & Health within 90 days and Series 6 & 63 within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advising
- Skills: A smart, driven, and empathetic professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Personality: A team player who is kind, approachable, and well-liked by colleagues and clients.
- Career Goals: Someone who sees themselves as a Lead Financial Advisor and wants to grow within a firm where top advisors have high earning potential + an opportunity to pursue equity ownership.

Compensation
- $100-150K base plus variable expected OTE is $175K - 180K
