Paddington office: hybrid working
Project Management certification preferred (PMP, PMQ, Prince2)
£35-40K salary plus 10% bonus
What will be your key responsibilities?

You will manage Global Learning & Development projects end-to-end across all areas of Mars. In this impactful role, you help get training delivered so all Mars Associates are well-equipped to do their best work.

You will act as the main point of contact throughout all the project, facilitating discussion between stakeholders and decision-makers.

You will own project meetings and act as the decision-maker throughout the project cycle.

You will provide consultation during project intake/discovery on potential timeline, scope, and risks. Proactively define, raise, and manage project risks and escalate them appropriately.

You will create and manage essential project documentation, including Project Plans, Logs, Templates, and Collaboration spaces.

You will maintain alignment with project objectives, leading the project throughout all phases and report on the progress, including risks and escalates to the Leadership Team via governance processes and Stage Gates.
What are we looking for?

You will have experience managing projects with global teams and in different time zones.

You will have excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship building skills.

You will be able to travel as required for appropriate key meetings and forums (around 10% of the time).

Interest in the Learning and Development space; experience working in Learning and Development is preferred.

You will have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

Project Management certification is preferred but not required (PMP, PMQ, Prince2)
